2. General information and mandatory information
Please note that data transmission via the Internet (such as email communication) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to completely protect data against access by third parties.
The controller for data processing on this website is:
The controller is the natural or legal person, who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. name, email address).
Withdrawing your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations can only be carried out with your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Sending us an informal email is sufficient. The withdrawal of your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing performed prior to withdrawal.
Right to object to promotional mail
We hereby object to the use of the contact data which has been published as part of our obligation under German law to provide a Legal Notice for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. The website owners expressly reserve the right to take legal action if unsolicited advertising material (such as spam emails) is sent.
3. Data collection and processing in the case of access from the Internet
When you visit our website, our web servers store a record of each access in a log file. The following data is automatically transmitted to us by your browser:
- IP address of the computer accessing the site
- Date and time of the access
- Name and URL of the file requested
- The transmitted data volume
- Information about whether the request was successful
- Identification data for the browser and operating system used
- The webpage from which access was made
- Name of your Internet service provider
This data is processed in order to make it possible to use the website (to establish a connection), for system security, for technical administration of the network infrastructure and to optimise our web presence. The IP address is only evaluated in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure or other data security reasons.
4. Collection, storage and use of data
Any use of your personal data by us is for the specified/legally permissible purposes and to the extent necessary to fulfil these purposes. Personal data constitutes pieces of personal or factual information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal data is only transmitted to government institutions and authorities within the scope of statutory provisions or if transfer is required for the purpose of legal or criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure. Any service providers appointed by us within the scope of the processing only receive the data necessary to fulfil their task. Data is only transferred to other bodies (third-parties) to the extent permitted by law. Other than this, your data is not passed to third parties.
5. Information, blocking, deletion
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to obtain, free of charge and at any time, information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, the purpose of the data processing, and, where applicable, the right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data. If you wish to do so, or for any other questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time using the address in our “Legal Notice”.
6. Electronic mail (email)
If you send us emails, your email address will only be used to correspond with you. Information that you send to us unencrypted via email could be read by third parties during transfer. As a rule, we cannot check your identity and do not know who is behind an email address, which means that legally-compliant communication cannot be guaranteed via simple email. We only use SSL or TLS for sending and receiving emails. Emails are thus transmitted encrypted.
We also use a SPAM filter to prevent unsolicited advertising. In rare cases this can also automatically incorrectly identify normal emails as such unsolicited advertising and delete them. Emails which contain malicious programs (viruses) are always deleted automatically. Due to the general uncertainty of email communication, there is no guarantee that an email will reach its recipient. Therefore, please check whether email is actually a suitable method of communication for your purpose.
7. Contact form
If you use our contact form to send us an enquiry, then we will store the information you provide there, including your contact data, for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place entirely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. Sending us an informal email is sufficient. The withdrawal of your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing operations performed prior to withdrawal.
The data you enter in the contact form will be retained by us until you ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent to it being stored or the purpose of the data storage is no longer applicable (e.g. once your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

This site uses Ajax and jQuery technology to optimise loading speeds. When you access a webpage, your browser loads the necessary program libraries from Google Servers into your browser’s cache. The CDN (Content Delivery Network) from Google is used. If you have already used the program library on another webpage, your browser will draw upon the copy stored in the cache. If this is not the case, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. In doing so, Google becomes aware that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google CDN is used in the interest of presenting our online offering in a uniform and appealing manner. This constitutes a legitimate interest in the context of Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. You can find out more about Google’s program libraries at https://developers.google.com/speed/libraries/and in Google’s data privacy statement:https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Web Fonts
This site uses web fonts from Google to display fonts uniformly. When you call up a webpage, your browser loads the required web fonts in your browser cache, so that text and fonts are displayed correctly. To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. In doing so, Google becomes aware that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google web fonts are used to provide a uniform and appealing web presence. This constitutes a legitimate interest in the context of Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. You can find out more about Google web fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faqand in Google’s data privacy statement: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
This website uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In order to use Google Maps’ functions, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is normally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transmission. Google Maps is used to provide an appealing online presence and to make it easy to find the locations given by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest in the context of Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. You can find out more about how user data is handled in Google’s data privacy statement: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
